Ordering
We take orders via WhatsApp us or you can send us a DM on Instagram. Let us know what you want or what you have in mind. This could be in terms of colour scheme/ flower type/ price range. You can also send us a picture off what you want on WhatsApp for an easier explanation of what you are thinking of ordering. We also have a pricelist of our standard bouquets that you can choose from.
Invoicing
We can send off our invoice for you to approve and pay via EFT. And only once POP (Proof of payment) has been received and payment has reflected on our side, we can proceed with the order.
Delivery
Delivery id only available in Johannesburg and delivery rates may vary depending on the delivery address.
Same day delivery is only available of orders are placed BEFORE 9am on the same day of delivery.
Disclaimer
We do not offer timed deliveries. We are not able to guarantee that a delivery will be made at a specific time of the day. Too many factors like availability of certain flowers, traffic flow etc, play a role in us not being able to guarantee a delivery at a specific time. We do however guarantee that orders will be delivered on the request day within our delivery times.
Times
Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 18:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 13:00pm.
Terms and Conditions
- Some of our mixed bouquets floral arrangements may vary in appearance when compared to the image displayed on the page. This may be due to non-availability of flowers and seasonal variations. However, careful attention will be given to every order to ensure it is as similar to the product displayed as possible. Substitution will be of equal or greater value.
- Kindly note that we require an authentic proof of payment upon order request. No orders will be dispatched without full payment being cleared. If payment has not cleared prior to day of delivery request, your order will be delayed.
- Kindly note that we have a non-refundable payment policy (once payment is made, clients order has been processed) and will not be held accountable should the customer wish to cancel order due to personal reasons and/or other.
- Deliveries start strictly at 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays.
